We took a chance on this place - ratings were very high, but there was no one in the restaurant on a Wednesday night. Did not disappoint - food was great!! We had pho, bo bun, fried spring rolls, and shrimp rice rolls. Place is very clean and well-decorated - don't let the overly-clean decor fool you into thinking the food isnt authentic or is some kind of weird fusion. Would highly recommended! Maybe the reason this place didn't get more customers was because of location.

This place met my all expectations and I don’t remember last time I was treated so politely in Paris as in here. Portions are big and prices are affordable with satisfying quality. I’ve chosen vegetarian option with mulled wine what made me happy because I finally chose one without sugar in it. The waiter was also so nice that I could charge my phone. I’ll come back here for sure.

Phobar is centrally located, with great selection of Vietnamese dishes. We had the shrimp, vegetarian, and pork pho, they were all flavourful. We had the E7A appetizer, it was great. Service is prompt, and the portions are good sized. For some reason the liter sparkling water is euros 8 - be aware.
